TOPP Window Actuators | Chain, Linear & Rack

TOPP was founded in 1996 in Sandrigo, near Vicenza in northern Italy, and is part of the 2 Plus 3 Holding group. The company builds automation for windows and doors and sells into more than 60 countries, and is a member of the Italian trade bodies UNAC and ANIMA Confindustria. Vent-Trade has supplied TOPP window actuators since the same year, 1996.

What TOPP Makes

TOPP’s window actuator range covers chain drives, including the C20, C30, C40, C50 and C60, and the dual push-point C240 and C260 for larger windows, plus a linear stem actuator (S80), a rack actuator (T50) and a swing-opening actuator (A90). Thrust runs from around 300N up to 800N depending on model, with strokes from roughly 360mm to 1000mm. TOPP also builds ToppGO, a Bluetooth app for setting actuator parameters from a phone or tablet rather than physical dip switches.

Standards and Testing

Smoke and heat exhaust ventilation (SHEV) variants of the C50, ACK4, C160, S80 and A90 are verified to EN 12101-2. TOPP tests every unit individually before it leaves the factory, and the company holds more than 50 international patents across its actuator and building-automation designs.
