TOPP Ventilation Controllers
TOPP Ventilation Controls, Trade Supplied Since 1996
TOPP, the Italian manufacturer that has supplied our window actuator range since 1996, also makes the thermostatic controllers, weather sensors and remote controls used to run those actuators automatically.
What TOPP Controls Do
The TF24 is a multi-zone thermostatic controller for 24V DC actuator setups, handling up to four independent ventilation zones from eight actuator outputs, with a built-in radio receiver and preset wind and rain sensor inputs. The TF44 provides the same multi-zone functionality for 230V AC actuators, without needing a separate transformer. The RDC is a compact rain sensor that closes windows automatically in wet weather, and the TR8 is a handheld radio remote for manual override alongside the automated schedule.
Why Buy TOPP Controls Through Vent-Trade
We stock the TOPP control range alongside our TOPP actuators, so a full system, actuator plus controller plus sensors, can come from one supplier. Call 01202 725 689 or browse the TOPP controls we stock below.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the TOPP TF24 do?
The TF24 is a multi-zone thermostatic controller for 24V DC actuator setups. It handles up to four independent ventilation zones from eight actuator outputs, with a built-in radio receiver and preset wind and rain sensor inputs.
What's the difference between the TF24 and TF44?
Both are multi-zone thermostatic controllers with the same functionality. The TF24 runs 24V DC actuators, while the TF44 runs 230V AC actuators directly, without needing a separate transformer.
How long has Vent-Trade supplied TOPP controls?
Vent-Trade has stocked and supplied TOPP controls, sensors and remotes to UK trade customers since 1996, alongside our TOPP actuator range.
